If you have an emergency, STAY CALM and call the hospital at (781) 585-2611. If you get a recording, leave a message in the emergency mailbox that includes a phone number where you can be reached. Stay by the phone and keep the telephone line free. Your call will be returned promptly.
Equine Telemedicine Services
South Shore Equine Clinic is now offering equine telemedicine services to our clients for certain types of appointments!
Virtual veterinary consultations which allow our veterinary team to assess your horse’s condition remotely via video consultation, offering expert guidance without requiring an immediate in-person visit.

So great!!! THE equine experts. Switched to this vet about a year ago. We’re a small backyard farm and can’t rave enough about the expertise, care, and service we get from SSE. They’ve accurately diagnosed and effectively treated elusive lameness problems, tick-borne disease, and choke to name a few. I attended an Open house here and the facility and the grounds are beautiful. It is a fascinating facility with all of the equipment needed to diagnose and treat your horse. The standing MRI and surgical suite were impressive. I did not even know there was an option of a standing MRI. The staff was so pleasant and knowledgeable. Sherri was so pleasant and you can tell the passion she has for her job and the horses the clinic cares for. I give it a 10 on all levels.
